Most homebuyers are looking for professional pictures. It is almost always worth the investment to purchase professional photography for your listing. It usually isn't as expensive as what you'd think. The exception may be if the property is in "tear down condition". If the property is in extremely rough shape and attracts investors they will usefully focus more on rehab costs, ARV, rents, etc. They usually won't mind lack of professional pictures but will prefer transparent pictures showing the repairs needed and property condition. What are your thoughts?
